If not, scroll down to get link to the offline version.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<em><strong>Live:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Twice per year <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioimaging-utrecht.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bioimaging Utrecht<\/a>\u00a0organizes <em>&#8220;Image analysis using ImageJ\/FIJI&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0workshop in Utrecht University. Next one will happen on 7th of April.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the <a href=\"http:\/\/katpyxa.info\/imagej_workshop\/registration%20advanced%20imageJ_2015.docx\" target=\"_blank\">poster<\/a> with location and time details.<\/p>\n<p>The main idea is that people without major training in image analysis area\u00a0can come and play with FIJI\/ImageJ and also bring their own data\u00a0(pictures\/movies of cells etc) and research questions.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of experienced\u00a0people (me and <a href=\"http:\/\/smal.ws\/wp\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ihor Smal<\/a> from Erasmus MC)<br \/>\nwould try to help you with analysis using FIJI\/ImageJ and optionally provide<br \/>\nsome general training.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested, you can fill <a href=\"http:\/\/katpyxa.info\/imagej_workshop\/registration%20advanced%20imageJ_2015.docx\" target=\"_blank\">registration form<\/a>\u00a0and send it to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:meetings@bioimaging-utrecht.nl\">meetings@bioimaging-utrecht.nl<\/a>\u00a0before March 10th!<br \/>\nParticipation is free of charge, but the number of spots is limited.<\/p>\n<p>There are two workshops per year: the coming one in April 7th\u00a0is for more advanced users, which have some experience with ImageJ,\u00a0so some more in-depth topics can be covered (macro writing, tracking, etc).<\/p>\n<p>The second workshop will be held in October and it covers mostly the basic stuff (developed for total beginners).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Offline:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you cannot attend the workshop, but you have some free time, inspiration and desire to learn more about ImageJ\/FIJI, here is <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/folderview?id=0B6wlFphOvinZT3d5TnNKZ2l1Z1E&amp;usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a> to instructions and materials of &#8220;beginners&#8221; workshop. It is step-by-step instruction through most frequently used methods of image analysis performed in FIJI.
